Shipping

We ship to Italy, to all European Union countries (plus San Marino, Vatican City and Monaco) and to the rest of the world.

• Italy: free tracked and insured shipping. Delivery within 24 working hours of dispatch (48 hours for the islands).
• European Union: free, tracked and insured shipping. No duties or extra costs on delivery.
• Outside the European Union (for example United Kingdom, Switzerland, United States, United Arab Emirates): tracked and insured shipping for €30. Duties, VAT and import taxes are not included in the price: they are charged by the courier or customs of the destination country on delivery and are paid by the recipient. If the parcel is refused on delivery, shipping and return costs are not refundable.

We ship your glasses within 3 working days of receiving your order, often sooner. Models we order specifically for you (shown on the product page with the yellow badge) ship within 7 working days. Orders placed on Fridays and at weekends ship on the next working day. All orders ship from our store at Corso Cairoli 35, Macerata, Italy.

Payments

You can pay by credit or debit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. In Italy and the European Union you can also pay in 3 interest-free instalments with Klarna.

Payments are handled by Shopify Payments on secure, encrypted servers: your card details are never seen or stored by us.

Exchanges and returns

In line with e-commerce regulations, we accept exchange and return requests if you ordered the wrong item or are not happy with the product.
Returns must be made within 14 days.

Exchanges and returns are accepted only if the product has not been used in any way and is in perfect condition in its original packaging.
Return shipping is always paid by the buyer, from any country. For returns from outside the EU, duties and taxes paid on import cannot be refunded by us. We pay for shipping the replacement item. After the first exchange or replacement, free shipping no longer applies.

Returns of damaged products will not be accepted and therefore will not be replaced or refunded.

Warranty

All products come with the manufacturer's official two-year warranty against lack of conformity, under Italian Legislative Decree 24/02.
Damage caused by misuse or incorrect maintenance is not covered, and we are not liable for direct or indirect damage resulting from improper use.
The purchase receipt is required to start a warranty claim.
