In accordance with e-commerce regulations, we accept every request for exchange or return if you ordered the wrong item or are not happy with the product.
Returns must be made within 14 days.

Exchanges and returns are only accepted if the product has not been used in any way and is in perfect condition in its original packaging.
Return shipping is paid by the buyer. Shipping of the replacement item is paid by us. After the first exchange or replacement, free shipping no longer applies.

Returns of damaged products will not be accepted, and will therefore not be replaced or refunded.

You can pay by credit or debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. With Klarna you can pay in 3 interest-free instalments.
Payments are processed by Shopify Payments on secure, encrypted servers: your card details are never seen or stored by us.

How long does delivery take?
We aim to dispatch your glasses within 5 working days of receiving your order, usually sooner.

All products are covered by the manufacturer's official two-year warranty against lack of conformity, under Italian Legislative Decree 24/02.
Damage caused by misuse or improper care is not covered, and we accept no liability for direct or indirect damage resulting from improper use.
The proof of purchase is required to start a warranty claim.

We ship to Italy and to European Union countries by tracked, insured courier. Shipping is free in Italy and costs €20 within the EU. At the moment we do not ship outside the EU.
Orders placed on Friday or at the weekend are dispatched on the next working day.
All orders are shipped from our store at Corso Cairoli 35, Macerata.
